David Edlin, the owner of Flat Gecko Design was a saviour to us when our VDSL1 system was compulsorily terminated by iinet at very short notice.
My trying to respond and follow the maze of very technical instructions from the iinet call center to convert to the VDSL2 system was impossible. David dealt with this complicated situation very professionally and competently.
